Well I agree with usher but not because of his song. When outside the bedroom I want a girl to carry herself with class. When in the bedroom, I want you to let loose and be enthusiastic, not uptight and prudent.
When in public, don't dress like a slut, don't go flirting like crazy with people, and don't overdue the PDA to the point where I wouldn't want a small child to see. Be respectful to those around you and simply carry yourself with some class by not using vulgar language all the time or being overally sexual in inappropriate places.
In the bedroom it mainly comes down to enthusiasm. No guy likes a girl who acts like she doesn't want to be there or that what she is doing is wrong. I want a girl who is open minded to new things in the bedroom, is confident in herself and her body, and is having fun. If you're going to be afraid to take parts of your clothes off, try new positions, or do something to me because of your inhibitions, its not going to be fun or good sex. Basically by freak, all we mean is that you know how to let your hair down as soon as we step into the bedroom as opposed to acting like we are in church.
A girl that isn't afraid to get down and do some dirty/kinky stuff in bed without being all shy or worried about how she's being viewed. Of course, the lady needs to know that her guy is serious about her and won't abuse the trust of getting her in the sack then blasting to the world what she has done.
But assuming I'm in a trusting relationship with a girl, she should feel every bit of comfort to act as she sees fit in bed. I'd encourage it because a girl that is too held back wouldn't be nearly as much fun as a girl who can go wild and do you like never before.
Alas, with all the slut shamers (they don't realize the impact they're having, especially on themselves) women are much more uncomfortable letting loose and having fun.
Lady in the street - She carries herself with pride. She is a respectful young lady.
Freak in the bed - Sexually open (wiling to try anything or explore).
Of course guys likes that (I'd be surprised if any didn't). Usually when someone has limitations in any aspects, it makes them boring or not interesting enough.

Anyway, it's a girl that's nice, friendly and respectable in public, but with no sexual boundaries for her guy.
