sounds like he's just a quiet contented sort, I'd be pleased he feels comfortable enough with you not to fill every waking moment with white noise - you know talking about rubbish for the sake of talking. you don't say how long you've been with him, maybe he's a slow burner and will talk once he has something to say. my man's like this and it's sometimes difficult not to be offended by it, but that doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy your company.
for us it's important to remember: the more we talk the more they block us out. use your girlfriend's for talking and your man for other activities.
Some guys are not talker. My cousin her ex husband never talk much and watch only sports. Its going to get old and bored for you soon. So I hope you try to talk to him or just tease him about stupid stuff.

No been more than one year,but we just tear each others clothes and go for it as if it's the first and only time.I can't keep my hands off him.
