I'm going to assume you're talking about yourself.
1) There is not a universal standard of attraction. Yes, if you're healthy and not horrible looking, someone will probably find you attractive, but NO ONE is attractive to everyone.
2) Oftentimes, people don't have an accurate view of themselves. You may think you're "very curvy" where others would simply call you fat, for example. I'm not saying this is 100% true, just an example.
3) You call yourself pretty/doll like/youthful, but don't post a picture. Pretty conjures a different image in most peoples' heads. What one guy finds pretty might not be attractive to the next guy at all. So basically, when you describe yourself so positively without actually posting proof, guys are going to have a mental image of a girl that's attractive although she likely looks nothing like you.
In short, you're going to get almost entirely positive responses from people saying "yeah, sounds hot" because you've described yourself in a positive and desirable light only (you might not be as attractive as you think, and you also didn't post any of your negative physical/ mental characteristics) so enjoy the giant ego stroke you're going to get from the answers, but bear in mind that with a photo or more accurate description, many of these responses probably wouldn't be so enthusiastic.
Sorry to be so blunt, but these type of useless questions tend to come up a lot and I get the feeling girls are only asking so they can get a confidence boost whether the answers are valid or not.

In all honesty, I find questions like this completely useless because I know several girls who fit that exact description, yet would also be completely unattractive to me. I also know several who fit the description who I found very attractive, and, in fact, I suppose my girlfriend could fall under such a category. Attractiveness has more to do with the combination of features you have, and how the observer feels toward each specific person. I can't say that I find brunettes more attractive than blondes, simply because there are a lot of brunettes who I find unattractive, and a lot of blondes who I find very attractive, and vice-versa. All of this variation in preference has very little at all to do with what specific features a girl has.
In particular, questions like the one you've asked aren't helpful because they say nothing about the asker, specifically, and problems like the ones I raised previously arise. Even if you had given a picture of yourself, as well, then you'd have received answers on both sides of the question. There's no physical feature toward which all people feel the same way.
Yeah, I'd say so. Big eyes can be hot. Sounds very attractive to me.
