If he's truly never seen a woman's genitals before, he doesn't have a point of reference to judge you. It will probably go into his brain as "what a woman's vulva looks like". Realize also that he's likely worried about what you'll think of his penis as well. The upshot is that we are generally far more critical of body than other people are. Especially those of the opposite sex.
If a guy sees your vulva and runs off, he's a prick and you don't want anything to do with such a guy anyway. No guy would want a girl to point at my penis and go "Ewww!". He'd be scared for life. He knows that and he's no more likely to do that to be repulsed by your genitals as you are by his. I'm sure he'll love your labia.

I can't believe he would be disgusted. You say he has never seen a vagina before? I hardly believe that unless he has been living in a cave by himself for his entire life. Vaginas can easily be seen in a lot of places, even if they are only pictures. He will not be disgusted, he will be fascinated so let him explore and look it over at his leisure. Pretty much every woman asks a smiliar question at least once in their life. Pretty much by the time men get to see a woman's labia, they aren't at all worried about the symetry of it. They're just happy to be able to see it in general.
