Are cramps as bad as a kick in the balls?

I know this is a frequently asked question but in your opinion do cramps hurt as bad as getting kicked in the balls? Personally, to me, cramps feel like a stabbing pain in your lower stomach that can get extremely intense. It's an aching pain that almost makes you want to cry. It's like it's never ending. It's really painful. I'm a girl so I don't know how it feels to get kicked down below, obviously. Lol. But I've heard that it feels similar to cramps. So, what do you think?

How dare u compare cramps to getting hit there that's an insult. Getting hit there is excruciating pain I get tapped accidentally there really lightly and I can feel a lot of pain. Remember that it's just a little tap with a finger and I instantly feel Like I've been stabbed more then Jon snow (G. O. T reference) lol. there's a reason guys start rolling around when they get hit and go crazy violent at the person.

Unless menstrual cramps cause pain specifically in the ovaries, they probably aren't as bad. Testicles and ovaries are the most sensitive parts of the body, which is unsurprising, as they're extremely important to reproduction and the human body wants to deter damage to them.

There are women who get ovary damage, from cysts or even (I have heard) from especially rough sex. They would be the best bet for finding out whether or not the pain is comparable. I'm sure there's something on google.

I had a similar conversation with my boyfriend and my boyfriend of course being a guy said kicked in the balls hurt more. So we tried an experiment and.. Yes, getting kicked in the balls can hurt more that period cramps most of the time. XD

Cramps are more of a dull continuous pain. I assume a kick in the balls would be a sharp shooting pain and then an ache for maybe an hour and would then be somewhat like a bruised feeling.

I don't think cramps would be as bad as being kicked in the balls, but some people get far worse cramps than others, so it really depends.

If you aren't on the right supplemental hormones and such, your body will be really out of whack. Just like a woman having a hysterectomy. Those hormones are needed by your endocrine system.

Well, a guy will never experience period cramps, just like a girl will never experience a kick in the balls, but from what I've seen, a kick in the balls is much worse. You can literally run out of breath from a kick in the balls. You can puke blood, lose consciousness, have a huge pain in the kidney area, you feel like your whole body is numb...
Today I accidentally hit my balls with the towel after taking a shower, it was a small impact, but damn, it hurt xD

No a cramp is funny against a kick in the balls. I would prefer to get a hard hit with a baseball stick in my face than a kick in the balls but I would prefer a cramp than a hit in the face by a Baseball stick

I've had stomach cramps and it's painful. But getting kicked in the balls is so much more painful. Especially if she is wearing boots or heels. I've only been kicked in the balls by my sisters and by some girls in school. My younger sister kicked me really hard once and I had to go to hospital and she was so sorry for me to be in such horrible pain. She never hurt me there again. Cramps are 3/10. A kick in the balls by a girl is 1000/10!!!

No comparison. Cramps are say.. kicking a toe into your table leg. Ball kick, giving birth, But 0.25x, 0.5x or 0.75x less about there.

While you're correct, I didn't passed out even when I was in my worst period but one time (long ago) it was so painful that I had to cancel a date and literally couldn't get out of bed for hours... eventually end up taking a long nap.
