I'm not a guy, but I would say that different guys like different things. Some like hip bones, others don't. Just like how different girls find different types of guys attractive, different guys find different types of girls attractive.
I would like the guys to know though, that just because you can see a womans hip bones, it doesn't mean that she is super skinny or anorexic!
I have very prominent hip bones, and they are visible but I also have a bit of fat on my belly and around my hips. Although I consider myself to be a very healthy size (I'm an Australian size 10, which I believe is an American size 6) My doctor believes that I have a little too much fat around my waist and need to lose a bit or I am at risk of heart disease. Even with this extra fat, my hip bones stick out and that is because I have very prominent hip bones, it's not because I am under weight.
I really wish that people would stop saying that hip bones means a person is too skinny, because some women simply have child-baring hips that are very prominent, even though they might have a little extra fat on them.

Yes most definitely. I think Evangelina has the reason wrong though. Hips are attractive because of the very obvious femininity and usually they can move in very erotic ways. I actually find good hips and abs to be sexier than boobs or butt (although I certainly don't mind those by any means). The leg thing might be a bit more instunctual because good toned legs are usually a positive sign that the woman is healthy and in shape- just speculating on that one though.
