Are men supposed to "shoot" when they ejaculate?

I'm 24 and I'm with my bofriend for 1 year. The fact is I notice he never "shoots" his sperm. Sperm just oozes from his penis, with no force..., what surprises me at the beginning of our intercourse. 

My past boyfriends, when they ejaculate outside my vagina, sperm always came out so very quickly I can't see where it went, really like "liquid bullets" over me. For example, when we used pull out method, most of their spurts hit the wall behind me, which was fun of course ^^

I've read that sometimes men don't ejaculate strongly but just oozes out... Is it common? And is there a matter with impotence? or infertility?

It’s a personal difference, some men squirt, some men only ooze out. It also depends on how long ago his last ejaculation was. If you come three times in a row there’s less semen and less powerful ejaculations.

Ask him to ‘save up’ for a couple of days (no sex, no masturbation) and see if that makes a difference.

There is no known link between lower fertility and this, as long as the semen ends up at the right place (eg touches your cervix) it should be OK.

It all depends upon how wide their urethral pasage is. Saying that all men are supposed to shoot "liquid bullets" when they ejaculate is like saying that a woman's supposed to squirt "like a riot cannon" whenever they cum. Just because porn might give you the impression that it's the norm doesn't mean that it is. And it's got nothing to do with impotence or infertility.

Semen should be thick and white. If someone has a low sperm count or has excessive prostate fluid then it will be more watery. The more watery the easier it will fly rather than stick. So either the guys you fucked in the past produced more prostate fluid than normal or they were shooting blanks.

*strength of Kegel muscles
*health of prostate gland and strength of muscles surrounding it
*diameter of urethra
So if your boyfriend has weak Kegels, that will affect his ejaculatory force and if he has a urethral narrowing, that could affect his ejaculatory force. There is nothing 'wrong' with him... but if he is concerned suggest he sees a UT specialist...
