Different people have different responses to blood, so it's hard to say whether it's a general turn off. Some guys faint when they get their blood drawn for medical reasons. Personally, as long as I know to expect it, it doesn't bother me. For example, with period sex, if I'm not expecting it, and I pull my d*** out to find it covered in blood, I'll freak out a little, but only because I'm worried that I've in some way hurt the person I'm with, or caused some sort of internal damage.
In this case I would a) make sure sex is in a place where you don't have to worry about stopping to clean up- perhaps in the shower, or with towels underneath- and, b) frame it to him in a sexy way. Tell him you need him to be the one who truly fills you, who fully makes you a woman (or some bs like that ;)). It might help him get over it.
Also, you might want to check with a doctor and make sure that you aren't bleeding for some other reason. Obviously I've never had a hymen, nor have I ever broken one, but it seems odd that there would continue to be bleeding every time you have sex.
