I only had c-sections, so I might not count with my personal experience (I don't do Kegels but am still pretty tight). From what I heard is when you have vaginal births, it'll take some work on your part to tighten the muscles back up down there. If you had many births, I'd assume it'll never fully go back to how it was...
0 1 0 0Nope! Your vagina gets stretched out. The more kids, the more stretched out it becomes. There are things you can do to make it less stretchy, such as rubbing the skin of your vagina with certain oils, but it's a given. A child's head is coming out of you.
0 1 1 0This is actually not true. Just a myth.
@MlleCake I meant the outer lips. Not the vaginal canal.
That's also not true. And that part of the body is called the vulva, not the vagina.
I doubt that they will ever be exactly the same. But I believe they can get back to being just as tight, especially with exercises.

My ex gave birth to a baby (not mine) so the first time we got it on she was surprisingly tight. In fact, she was the tightest of them all. Guessing she didn't get around as much like most sluts nowadays.
0 1 0 0So was she tighter than some other chick that you slept with who had never given birth?
YES! that's the strange thing, i alway assumed i would never date a mom for being too tight but she really surprised me.
What did she do to get back to normal?
In my view, yes they can get a little tighter WITH A LOT OF EFFORT. But majority women do not go back to the pre-register birth "tightness".
1 1 0 0WTF !! Fuckin Android autocorrect !! What the fuck is "Pre-register" tightness? Now I don't even remember what I typed. What I had meant to say was the condition before giving the first vaginal birth. Bloody hell !!!
"Bloody Hell" Lol can tell you're either from the UK or from Australia
Hahaha. Let's say, from one of the former colonies.*wink*.

0 0 0 0No, not really.
0 0 0 1If the doctor sews the vagina properly, there is no difference.
0 0 0 1The vagina doesn't get sewn. Some women experience tearing of the peritoneum which is repaired with stitches. It is not directly connected to the vagina. It's connected to the bottom of the vulva. But oversewing it can reduce the size of the opening in the bottom of the vulva. Some people perceive this as "vaginal tightness" but it isn't.
@MlleCake You are right. The doctor can only narrow the vaginal opening. Kegel exercises is beneficial for the whole vagina.
Depends on the vagina. But they do return to a recognisable state after a time.
