I'm assuming you are talking about "inner lips" or "labia minora" being larger than outer lips (labia majora). There's nothing wrong with labia sticking out but just like everything else, too much is too much.
When a woman gets aroused, vagina with large labia looks a lot more aroused and wetter. Major turn on for men.

Some men might find certain vaginas more appealing visually than others, while other men might not care at all how a vagina looks like. Personally, I don’t really care about how a vagina looks like that goes behind basic hygiene and health, when it comes to partner selection. I do want to say that I have seen some vaginas that look way better than others, but this fact is trivial because I do not select partners because of this.
