Personally I think that even though the increase in risk of getting UTI through A2P is probably true, I also think it is exaggerated. This is due to me not having seen any reports on A2P and it's relation to UTI, and to be honest I don't think there are a lot of reports like that. This makes the correlation between A2P and UTI rather weak from where I'm seeing it.

I think A2M has more or less the same stigma, and in this case I have more experience on my own (there's not a lot of research on this particular subject either).
