At what age is a good age to lose your virginity?

I don't want to be to young to lose my virginity, or too old. I don't want to be perceived as a slut, I don't want to be made fun of because I've never had sex when I'm older, I just want to know the approximate appropriate age to lose your virginity at.

I was pretty early for a guy at 15. Girls typically lose their virginity at younger ages than guys do, and generally to older guys.

Having said all of that, IMO, a good age range for women to lose their virginity is 16-20. Some girls are ready earlier, and those should wait until they are at least 16 in my opinion, while other girls aren't ready nearly as early, and shouldn't feel in any way bad about waiting until they are up to 20, because IMO, 20 is still solidly in the "normal" range.

Obviously, something like 15% of girls are still virgins at 21, but most of those girls have specific reasons for remaining a virgin, and I don't mean to imply that they are wrong; it's just that they KNOW why they're a virgin, and what the reason is (almost always their choice), and wouldn't be asking this kind of question in the first place. My reply is for the girls who have no outside reason to wait (religion, marriage, past issues, etc.) and just want a good guideline on what is "normal."

id say fifteen but it doesn't really matter all too much I lost mine at fifteen with a girl who lost hers with me at fifteen and no one ever called her a slut and we f***ed a lot after that so I don't know just do it wen you feel like its the right guy or girl who will pleasure you properly I know girls who hate sex because their first time sucked either the guy was too big or came too early...

find a good stud and do it. For the record no one looks down on girls who are still virgins but guys on the other hand they get made fun of and people won't have sex with them sometimes because theyre still virgins...

Maybe when you meet someone who's worth it? Or just when you feel like it?

I never really understood why it matters so much... I'll be 18 soon and I'm a virgin, and I don't have problems with that. And I wouldn't have them if I'd lost it at 16 or if I loose it at 21. It just depends on when I meet someone I'm attracted to and who's equally attracted to me and not a jerk, haha.

Loosing your virginity at the right age or as soon as possible is all BS and devils words. Reserve it for a guy that you really like and can trust, that way loosing it will be literally 45 times better than just loosing it and that's it. And he will stay with you and you can experiment all day everyday.

There is no correct age number when you should lose your virginity. What's important is for you to feel ready, comfortable, and knowing that you are doing it with someone you know is going to bring you happiness. Whether you are 18 or 38; feeling ready, comfortable, and knowing that you found the right guy are the important factors in whether to lose it or not.

Lose it when you know you're ready, when you're with the right person and you know he'll stick by you no matter what. How you determine that is up to you, some people say to wait for marriage, some people have different ideas. Don't worry about people making fun of you though, it's none of their business, you don't have to tell them if you're still a virgin or not. So if people try to ask, just tell them to buzz off.
