This UK paper says "over 16": link (look good, it's a tiny hidden sentence)
An exact age is difficult to know of course (is oral sex loss of virginity? is anal sex loss of virginity?)
My guess: averages between 16 and 19 years in most countries except some like Iran, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia where it will be higher.
But those are averages: I've heard girls telling they did it at 12 or before (one even said 9!) and a colleague married a-49 year old virgin.
I read the Kinsey statistics on the first pages are more recent, the 1947-53 numbers are deeper down on the site
Northerners sexually mature later. You probably have some sense of love at 18. For those in the tropics who mature at 12 and promptly give it over can't possibly understand love. 18 is good.
I was 18 (I am 18, so recently, lol). I'm from the us. A lot of girls here lose it at 16. Its not uncommon for it to be younger, like 12 or 13. Several girls in my school lost it in the 5th grade (10 years old). I think it might just be hard with so much pressure here. I remember being a kid thinking I would wait until I got married. I didn't even want to the night it happened, I just felt so pressured and I wanted the guy to like me. I even told the guy 'no', but he just kept on pushing the subject until I caved.
Oh really... in finland there's no pressure until your about 25. The ones who lose it in high school or earlier are considered a sluts/scumbags, and some studies have shown that the ones who lose it earlier than college won't be as successful with their careers and economy
Its exactly the same here in the uk legaly its 16 and I'd say on average people are 16 but then there are a lot who are younger like you said 12-13ish and there have been younger than that its getting abit rediculous and I totally agree with the pressure thing! I was 17 when I lost mine (still am 17 but almost 18 now) but I would have lost it a lot sooner luckily I had a long distance relationship for 3 years so it kept me safe from losing it so early.

Im in high school and haven't lost mine. But I know of people who did. 18 seems like a good age.

I would say on average like 19 or older.
Oh! I don't know if I'm a shame because I'm still a virgin at 28, because you all guys at young age lost your virginity... but I think there is no coincident that time for you to lost or give your virginity... its your choice...
