Nope, you're completely fine with this method. Douching is considered harmful because it sprays cleansers (often times vinegar variants) up into the vagina where they can disturb the balance of bacteria that exists naturally there. Many women use the faucet/ shower head to supply pleasurable pressure to the vulva with no harmful effects.
Unless you have some strange chemicals in your tap water, I would say it is completely fine to use the faucet. Chemicals =bad, Water = good :)
No,it isn't.Douches have chemicals other than water,some contain vinegar etc.For some women,water dries out the skin,so unless you experienced irritation,you have nothing to worry about.Many women do what you do and are perfectly healthy:)))Continue on
The reason douching is bad is because of the chemicals. Bath water is totally fine!
