Research shows where black men skew the average is the "really big one" has a higher percentage than other races. It's the same bell curve with the same percentages in the main categories but in the top 5% they have a larger percentage. Ie, if 3% of other races are over 8 inches, maybe 2% over 9... they have more guys at the 10-12 range in that 2% v 9-10. Thus adding more 12 inches than 9.5 inches skews the average. For the most part it's a myth... If you look at Real Medical studies they are the same in size (country to country) as most european nations. I think it's a Porn/social fetish. It really comes down to what the girl has been with/to compare it too.

I think it's the color... that might make it "Look" bigger... just like seeing a black dog looks more intimidating. Just like in body building... darker skin looks bigger so most just use spray tan.

But if you think about it, the Human race started off as "Black" only, until humans started to migrate from Africa into colder regions and years N years passed, so their bodies started to change in order to adapt to the climate, for example, White people have thinner/smaller noses than blacks, maybe the migration into colder regions made their dicks a bit smaller too... I believe is something similar to height, there are populations who has a bigger height than others due to their genetic background but they drop in most cases into a smaller or bigger average range and the ones that don´t are just weird exception.
