Boob size doesn't matter to most guys, it's not about the size, it's about the shape and the nipples. And the fact that your boyfriend teases you about it is because that's what guys do, if a guy teases you it means he likes you. And when he says that you're sexy that's the truth. I also used to do it to an ex, she is short, and I teased her about it. But in the end I found the fact that she is short really attractive, it made her cute and adorable.
And yes big bum small boobs can be a turn on for me (still depends on the complete package though).

Correction: Turn ON. The hourglass and pear-shapes are the best body shapes for a women. Wide hips, thighs and butt coupled with a trim waist is ideal ( at least for me). what happens up top is not as important. Whether you are larger (see hourglass) or smaller (see pearshaped) as long as the focal area (waist, hips, bum,thighs) are good you are doing fine.
