No you shouldn't be concerned. A lot of women are, unnecessarily, self conscious of our bits. Unnecessarily as it just seems like guys just like them as they are.

No concern necessary, most guys are happy just to see a vagina, they are not going to judge what your labia looks like, my labias are fairly normal compared to the women I have slept with. In fact I prefer a girl with a larger labia, as it makes oral sex more enjoyable.
My only concern is how long I have to wait before you let me push my penis in between your labia. Your inner labia hanging out and showing more than your outer labia is not unusual and as a man with a mission to get my penis inside a vagina I'm barely even going to notice this. I find big inner labia less appealing that small inner labia.
It is not visually appealing to me, but I can be able to overlook it, if I love the girl.
