I have had a constant boner for the last 3 hours.... I don't know if it has to do with me listening to too much R.Kelly or that i haven't been sexually active in a few weeks... Seriously you should try and jack off and see if it goes away. if it doesn't you should go to the doctor. There could be a number of things wrong. I am assuming you didn't take an erection enhancer so it wouldn't be that but this happened a few times on Grey's Anatomy and although it is a fiction show I like to think it has a real problems and solutions in it. All of them were fixable. Best of luck.
