I don't grab girls boobs unless romantically involved in something with them. Although I do like when girls grab my chest because I have been working out a lot, and I had nothing to grab - but now I have a nice handful of chest muscle. I wouldn't touch my friends boobs unless they told me to and I wasn't in a relationship.

If any man other than my boyfriend touches my chest area, that is very rude. And my boyfriend is not allowed to touch them in public. If we're cuddling or alone, he'll but his hands on them and that's fine, but if we're walking down the street and he just grabs them, I'll react as though he were a stranger and smack him.
