It's actually sometimes annoying and awkward specifically in public situations. When I get one I feel like I can't stand up cause everyone will see this bump on my pants. It never gets too hard though in day to day activity. It just erects alittle when I dwell on a sexual thought usually and I try to find an excuse to stay sitting down. At times it can erect even when I'm not thinking of sexual things. It probably just naturally does that to stretch or somewhat. I usually only look to see if it's not visible to other people through the pants.

i just remember getting spontaneous ones all the time in my teens. id just try and adjust so nobody could notice. flip it up in my waist band lol now I pretty much never get those kind I have pretty good control of what goes on there now.
