Its normal for that to happen if you have rough sex. Especially if its doggy style and he's got a powerful man grip on your hips! lol
Bruises are normal, I'm guessing you bruise a little easily? Next time you guys are having sex let him know not to be so rough.
And yeah show him the bruise but let him know how good the sex felt so he doesn't feel embarrassed about it. and Maybe have sex with him again right after? lol

It happens! You get caught up in the moment and the excitement and of course he doesn't mean to do it, its like when a girl digs her nails into a guy's back when she's coming and leaves scratches. I always just pick on my Boyfriend when I notice the bruises, saying something like "wow you must have been enjoying it!". Don't make him feel bad or anything, maybe just tell him to watch out next time and don't be so rough!
OMG I get bruises all the time, some on my hips some on my wrists some on my back... It's kind of embarrassing sometimes. Yes, I have. I don't notice it when we are in the middle of the sex, but when I wake up after I notice. And guys don't mean to give you bruises during sex, there's so much going on and they are so tense that they don't realize what they are doing and how hard they are holding you.
