In health class we learned they are the same thing but I feel like they are different because sometimes it's way more intense. Sometimes nothing even happens it feels like but others it's super easy

Yep, it is called micro-spooging. Semen is relased but the muscle contractions don't really happen. So, pull out, leak everywhere, wait exactly 15 seconds and do it again and again. When you finally do have a real O though, it won't have much on it. It takes some skill to master though and you can get super sensative or suddenly go limp. Hormones go off the charts and get unpredictable

I've never heard of anyone being in this situation before. I wouldn't say it's impossible, as men can have very low intensity orgasms.
Otherwise, I have heard of orgasm without ejaculation, also known as a dry orgasm.

  Well, they can hook men's nerves up to... nerve hookup thingys? and boom! cause ejaculation to occur at the pull of a switch. So, the circuits are separate. In theory, if things are separate, then they're separable. In real life I've heard of orgasm-less ejaculations, but only in men with spinal-cord damage, or neural degeneration, or any number of other versions of nerve malfunction.

  Does a "low intensity orgasm" still feel good? I ask because I kinda remember a few of those, from when I was figuring myself out pleasure wise. Those, didn't feel so great.
