Either - the guy who used a condom has a 97% chance at best of staying leak-free, and yet nothing is guaranteed. It's far more likely to be the boyfriend, but you never know.

If I was betting on it, the boyfriend would be the far-more likely candidate, but sperm has one job and it does it quite well. Without a DNA test you can't be sure, but it would be miraculously unlikely for the condom guy to be the daddy.
