Yes you can. If you get boils on your inner thighs that's streptococcus. You are always supposed to wash your hands if you have strep it's highly contagious. Chances are you might get bv so take some probiotics for the vagina and don't ever do that again when you have a strep throat

When I was a kid a kid I knew had strep and put his finger in his throat and wound up with a swollen infected finger. Don't know if saliva alone would do it though.
