Yes and no. You do generally give off a smell I found but connecting it to jacking off or sex is harder unless you already know. Humans are just generally smelly creatures after all.

Definently don't shower after constantly, and I frankly never had this problem.. Best you would do is wash your hands... But I don't see a possible smell strong enough that you could detect lol
