Yes and no. Pre-cum in and of itself does not contain sperm. However, many times small traces of sperm can enter the precum that have been left somewhere inside the penis.
So to answer your question, its technically possible, just unlikely. I personally wouldn't take the risk though.

Precum is the stuff that's leftover from the last ejaculation, so it's been residing outside the testicles since then, which makes it highly unlikely that it's still able to impregnate a woman. While there is a small chance it can (which should by all means not be ignored), the chances are waaaay less that the sperm are still alive and well and able to fertilize an egg.
Actually, pre-cum consists of a semen-like substance which acts as a lubricant to aid sperm. It's not "left over from the last ejaculation".
You got it wrong there. Precum isn't residue, it's freshly released. It acts as a lubricant, to make penetration more easy; and neutralizes acids from urine and vaginal fluids to give sperm a better chance of getting through.
I've just been informed that 'BeerY33' meant to specify that the sperm which has the possibility of impregnating a girl is left over from the last ejaculation and not necessarily the 'pre-cum' itself. She is also well aware of the function of 'pre-cum'.
It is not impossible, but the chances are VERY low, as the amount of semen in the pre-cum is very little. If the guy's pre-cum gets inside you, it is highly unlikely that something will happen.
So technically the answer would be "Yes", but realistically it would be "No".
