I've used moisturisers a lot, and I still have a healthy penis, so yes.

Moisturisers are fine because they are designed as skin products that can be applied to even the most sensitive skin.

Just try to use products that have things like "for sensitive skin" and "non-allergetic" on them. Other than that, you'll be fine. After all, your penis is covered by skin too. =)

Yeah, I think it's okay, it's made for your skin. Just try not to let any get any inside your urethra (happened to me before with shampoo, and the perfumes make it hurt to pee for a while.)
