In theory, the pill is 99% effective but that's not realistic. In practice, women sometimes will miss a pill here and there, or won't take it at the same time everyday. Human error is inevitable. Also, various types of medication will interfere with contraception. Typical use, which is what you can expect, shows a 92% success rate. That means 8 women out of 100 will get pregnant on the pill in a years time. While that's pretty good odds, there is still some risk. My husband still pulls out to improve our odds a little. At your age, I would suggest doubling up on your birth control and keep using the condoms. That's the safest and most responsible option.

Condoms hurt me so my boyfriend and I don't use them and most people I know say they hurt them as well. I think there's like a 4% chance of getting pregnant while on the pill, that is if it's taken every day without being missed. Most doctors say to take the pill for an entire month before finishing inside a girl but until then you should still use other forms of protection ie condoms, the rhythm method, the pull-out method, or abstinence.

ok I'm not saying it will work 100% for you but me and my girlfriend have sex unprotected, no condom and I go inside her every time. she is on the pill. and we have been doing it that way for a year and a half. YES it feels better for both the male and female. There is nothing like skin to skin contact. I'm to the point now that I could never wear a condom. We used one about a month ago because she didn't like that I would go inside her and it felt like I was putting a dead dick in her I couldn't feel anything and I went soft. she didn't like the feeling either.
I would advise against it. "the pill" is very effective, but not 100%. And you have to rely on the girl taking the pill without fail. Everybody can forget occasionally. You might also consider, temptation is always there. What if she strays, just once, and catches something. You are talking about a teen age girl, it can happen. I suggest you go with two forms of birth control with one of them being a condom as it is useful for disease prevention. The added safety factor is worth the small inconvenience.

You two can have sex with out a condom but be careful she still has the chance of getting pregnant. When a girls body is cleaning itself out before having her period is a bad time to have sex because it increases her chances of getting pregnant. Be careful right after her period too because the body is adjusting to going back to it's normal thing you know?
