I think it is possible. I am already an outgoing people person. I find it really easy to talk to females too. I have never been intimidated by females my whole life (maybe it's because there are a ton of women in my family) lol.
However, my friends do tell me that when I see a woman that I am attracted to (by her looks, personality or the fact that she can dance) I turn into this whole other person. My female friends notice it too. They said I don't turn into an a**hole or a creeper at all lol. Apparently, my facial expression changes, I block out everything else and make my move. I never hit on women, I just strike up normal conversations and talk to them normally. If the conversation doesn't lead anywhere, so be it.
Now I have been told also that I am a completely different person in the bedroom. A woman never expects how much attention and focus I give to her. One girl said that it's like I'm in her head or something, lol. I'm this completely nice guy out in public but as soon as the door closes in the bedroom I turn into this complete sexual freak that is never expected.
