A few things... yes it can. I grew a little after college/mid 20s. Only.25 in both directions, but I'll take it lol. Also losing weigh allows you to see more of what you have. 20 lbs will fluctuate my length about.25 inches as well. You know how irks often say tall skinny guys are biggest? It's cause they have less fat pad. I'm 7 inches bone pressed but only 6 visible. I'm not fat but not skinny either. So if I dropped 10% body fat I'd prob be like 6.5. Motivation for that extra time doing cardio...
