I don't mind a little cleavage if the over all look of the picture is cute and/or professional. The cleavage shouldn't be the main point of the picture, you know. I don't think it's trashy. What's kind of stupid though is when girls make it all about their cleavage. Like only half of their face is showing and the picture is 90% boobs. That just looks like a cry for attention. But Selena doesn't at all look like that in those pictures. The only thing that bothers me is the fact that her dress looks way too small, especially when looking at it from the side. It just squishes her boobs together in a very uncomfortable and unnatural looking way. This picture looks gorgeous link while this link looks awkward and uncomfortable. If I were her, I would have worn a slightly bigger dress and I would also have pulled it up a little.
Otherwise, I think cleavage is perfectly fine! Especially for full-body pictures, to highlight the fact that the picture was not taken solely because you want to show off your boobs. :)
Is this for something like a Facebook profile picture? Or a linkedin profile picture? If it is Facebook, then I think it is perfectly OK. I am quite annoyed that potential employers want to look through peoples Facebook profiles now, before hiring someone. What is on your Facebook is none of their business. Linkedin is another matter, I would have no issues with a potential employer going through my linkedin profile because that is what linkedin is for. I would say that it is way too much cleavage for a linkedin profile, but not too much for a Facebook profile.
I think the amount in that picture is fine - plus she can get away with more because she has smaller boobs. I have cleavage in a lot of my Facebook pics but only friends can see them. I mean if I was OK showing it in real life, I don't see why I'd destroy pics of it. Any more than the picture you linked to and I'd probably delete it though.
If this is a picture FOR work, and the job doesn't have a "sexy" component, then I would go a little more conservative.
Example: if you're trying to be a waitress, bartender, model, actress, sales rep, etc., then a little sexy is good. If you're trying to work in an office, be in management, etc., then less is better.
If you're just talking about pics on your Facebook or something, and you are worried that they'll check out your profile, then that level of cleavage is just fine. Every girl has pics of herself dressed up for some event online, and cleavage is often there, but in that context it's fine and understandable. Just make sure you have some of you in less revealing clothes for balance.
As you said, SUPER cleavage where your boobs are falling out would NOT be a good idea, but the pics you gave are fairly conservative as that goes.
It depends on the setting, clothes and architecture but she pulls it off well. I view well displayed boobs as a work of art. Smaller ones with forced cleavage look silly and bigger ones can look sloppy and trashy.
I view such displays at work as (almost) sexual harassment.

It's a personal opinion but when you have small breasts, you can easily go for every type of cleavage, it will look hot.
I myself have large breast...with a dress like that I would look trashy.
Too much for everyday, but it's nice for a dressy evening. That is too trashy for random selfies, yes. If a potential employer saw it and your job is not modelling or something where you would be baring your body, yes they would probably have a negative impression of you.
It's not trashy because the outfit and the girl look quite presentable but for the work place that would seem like a bit too much skin.
I think its a sexy picture not trashy at all. There is still tastefulness to the picture.
