A few camera men, the producer, sometimes even the partners of the people you are having sex with (shocking I know) not to mention make-up artists other actors/actresses... 10, 20 people isn't uncommon. Actually think about it, ALL eyes on you! Do you really think you could keep your d*** hard, stay focused, and have sex in front of all those people? Girls, do you think you could have sex in front of an audience?

ive done it at parties with girls and guys. usually in a room with other people doing it. twice I had sex on a table with like 10 people standing watching (once with a girl and once with a guy). and once at a sleepover with my gfs brother during truth or dare.

I can't for two reasons -

[1] I can't get naked and f*** a girl with people around. Morally I am not that open.
