Cramping after getting fingered?

So I got fingered by my boyfriend on Sunday and it is now Tuesday and i've been feeling cramps in my lower abdomen. He was going pretty rough and deep so i don't know if that can be the cause? It was my first time. We did not have sex. It's June, And my period should be starting next week or the week after, because it comes every beginning of the month and July starts next week. Are they period cramps, Or soreness, or something else?

it could even be an injury or something. get yourself checked out if it doesn't go within 3 or 4 days.
