Did my girlfriend cheat on me because she has scabies and I dont have it?

I was away from my girlfriend for 2 months and then when i see her again she has scabies. They say this is an std. Thats usually spread with skin to skin contact and sexual contact but can be spread with by being in close contact with people. So its no guarantee but they say its usually sexual contact She was traveling too and sleeping in hostels and dirty places. If she cheated it would have to be fast because i talked to her almost everyday? what do you think?
