Its all about tone and shape. If its shapely and toned, then it might be bigger but it isn't fat. If its saggy or cellulite... then it might be a fat butt

big butt is nice and round with no jelly rolls lol. so basically if its big and smooth its good. if its big and flabby its bad. If you aren't careful tho and get knocked up its gonna become flabby.
