Muscle tone around a woman's breast can vary from woman to woman.. Breasts are fat and milk producing ducts.. If the muscle tone is weak or she lost weight they could feel differently.. Remembering knowing this woman who had "D" cups.. Made me happy it was even nicer while she was lying on her back and her breast didn't slush to the sides.. Oddly she had very narrow shoulders and she didn't suffer any back pain

I've noticed quite a difference in the consistency of natural breasts. I guess not all people have the same density of fat cells etc and I assume this reflects the feel of it. And women have different % amounts of mammary glands / fat / muscle etc that probably also affect the end result.

Boobs are boobs... they just come in different sizes. Small boobs doesn't mean they are somehow harder or something either.

Some boobs feel like soft pillows, and some boobs feel like a 1-2 inch hard slab of flat meat over hard bone. Boobs vary.

Nope, smaller breasts normally feel harder since there's less shit going on underneath, and don't say I'm jealous or anything because I've had small breasts for most of my life so I know how they feel. It wasn't until mine had gotten up to a C cup that they started feeling at lot softer. :T

No, many features differ from woman to woman. Firmness, size, sag, nipple size, stretch marks, etc... will have an effect on how they feel.

No, but most of them are very similar. I had one girlfriend who had good sized ones which were very firm (and definitely natural) but she was the exception. Most are soft to varying degrees and consistencies but the differences are subtle.
