It's usually because the band/underwire is a little uncomfortable and sometimes the skin there is a bit itchy when the bra comes off. It would just be awkward if a guy started doing it.

I know when I take my bra off I always rub where the bra sat. I just like the way that my hand feels. Plus sometimes that area itches a little.

I'm quite sure most of the time we do. It's much like an elastic band around your waist . Such a relief when the pressure is released.
it's just to adjust a little, like you might do with your balls. would you like it if we started doing that for you? no, because we wouldn't know exactly what was wrong. Don't worry about it!
