Boners in inappropriate places are odd things. Sometime they come out of sheer boredom, perhaps the mind wanders a bit. Other times things simply occur to direct the mind towards arousal. Who knows, sometime they are random. Perhaps the member just feels he needs a stretch. Often they are not sexual, other time they are.

All guys are theoretically able to do it yes, although it varies depending on how long you've been without a release and how much experience you had another factor to some degree is probably religious beliefs, that might dampen the arousal but that is just a thesis of mine. the following is only my personal observation but the more experience I have the longer it takes before I am physically aroused and the longer I last in bed, the opposite happens when something or someone new comes around :D

Sometimes it randomly happens. It sucks too, when it seems very noticeable. Then you try to walk with your binder in front of your midsection and think of something like a brick wall to try and get it to go down. It sucks :(
