Do condom wrappers have an "up" side?

I've never had to put one on a guy, they've always known how and I never had to deal with it. My new boyfriend is very inexperienced with condoms. (Only 2 previous partners who both used the pill and didn't care if he was bareback) I'm just wondering it they package them facing the same way inside the wrappers, like if I'm looking at the top/front of the wrapper, will the condom always be facing the same way inside the wrapper? Like, can I lay it down with that side of the wrapper facing up, and know that when it's opened facing that way, he can just slip it right on without have to stop and figure it out? I can't seem to find anything about this on Google.

I've never noticed if it's on the same side each time. It's really easy to make sure it slips on right the first time, if you lay the opened condom in your hand or on the tip of his penis the little tip thing that looks like belly button will bulge in one direction, as long as that's facing up wards, the condom will always roll downward. My boyfriend was completely inexperienced and put it on correctly the first time, if my silly, airy boyfriend can do that, I'm sure yours can figure it out too! In the heat of the moment, I'm sure his instincts will kick in and he'll be forced to figure it out quickly because his hormones will be raging. Good luck!

Before you have sex, open one to see. I don't know because I never put them on my partners, they did. But I would take one out to see which way is the way you'd put it on for curiosity's sake. Let your boyfriend do it too. Have a sense of humour about it and don't be afraid if when you're playing around with one you don't get it right the first time. Then throw it away because it's good for nothing once it's unrolled.

It'll be easy to tell, the nobly bit ontop will be sticking out, and you'll be able to put it on and roll it down, there really is only one way for it to work, if you have to struggle it's probably wrong

I have never noticed if they were packaged a certain direction.
Just open the pack, and there will be a little bump sticking out of the middle of the ring on one side.
That bump points up..
put the condom on the penis tip and roll the rest over his shaft.
There should be a little bubble at the tip to hold the cum.
You can't put it on wrong, as it won't unroll if you have it on upside down.
If in doubt, open one beforehand and try it out on a banana or finger.

Push it to the opposite side of the spiky edge then pull the spiky bit, pushing it right on wouldn't help as you need to get air our of the tip

Figure of speech, we knew that already. By top and bottom, I'm talking about the front and back of the wrapper. Like on trojan, one side of the wrapper is gold, and the other side is black.

The guy should figure it out before hand. It takes a little practice but once he does it a few times he can slip in on in less than 20 seconds tops.

Basically once you open it there will be a side with the tip sticking out and the other will be the opening. I think the tip is facing the top of the wrapper and the opening is on the underside but I could be wrong. Its pretty simple.

Nope... You gotta figure it out yourself. But usually the top is the side with the logo on the wrapper
