Semen or come contains sperms in millions in a single shot,and these sperms need food for their survival. Basic food for each and every cell of our body is Glucose or fructose a type of sugar. Fructose is sweet in test (Glucose is not so sweet) In addition to these sugars semen contain many body chemicals including enzymes and salt. Irrespective of being a diabetic it test sweet. I have tested it many times for my man and he is not a diabetic. I like smell (aroma) and it turns me on for remaining of the game. He last much longer if he has ejected his load once in my mouth. We both enjoy it too much.

Being Diabetic is a condition when body is not consuming sugar from blood because of shortfall or non-availability of enzyme. If the degree of diabetes is high some sugar is passed in urine. Sperm and entire reproductive system is different than this mechanism. Cum usually contain some sugar for the survival of sperms. It also contain some salt and other nutrients. It test sweet and salt (as my girl says) and has typical flavor. It is not much dependent on whether you are a diabetic or not.

I am diabetic and have wondered the same thing. Of course I could have been lied to by my partners but I have been told that my semen is sweeter than others. My blood surface is typically higher than it should be but it’s not out of control either.
Unfortunately there are other sexual issues that can take place being diabetic.
