Everyone is different so some females do find it a turn on.
In general however, girls generally find it a turn off and males find it a turn on.
Guys find it easier to picture themselves there actually doing something with an image or something to go by and can physically picture themselves having sex with a woman when she is masturbating.
Women aren't as good at picturing themselves as something else or doing something else which is why they usually prefer erotic novels and such as they can really feel like they are there and it speaks to them far more than imagery would.
That is a general rule to go by and that is also why guys love games and girls not so much.
If you do see girls on there wanting to see other guys masturbating, there is a high chance that its some nasty fat guy that just wants to see you masturbate for them...
Girls are more attracted mentally, not visually like us guys are.
