i agree with pretty much all of the other girls...rub...dont tickle. It feels great. I don't think tickle is the right word. Some things feel good outside the pants.. but I don't think a tickle would. some thing more like a tease.. a rub or squeeze her thigh or something but like gently, not playing with her fat.

Umm I agree with britbrat I generally don't think it would feel that great. The inside of the pants would be better. Only if the girl is comfortable with you though and its all consensual.
