If it's a serious relationship then I'm sure it can survive a few stretch marks. He may not want to see them but they are there and he should be mature enough to see them. It also depends on the marks though. Considering it's long term, he probably knows why you have them and can understand besides when it comes to having sex, most guys won't notice a few stretch marks on the hips, stomach probably and for sure boobs but hips and thighs you probably won't have to worry about.
