Only wussy guys do. All you need is a set of lips and we're in with a grin. Most have girls some variation.Some girls have big clits, some barely have a clit at all, some girls have inner lips which hang outside their outer lips, some have tiny inner lips, some have one lip longer than the other, some have patches of different colored skin, or moles. However, It's definately a turn off if a girl has a visible rash or red bumps from shaving. Personally it doesn't really matter to me (I'm assuming you're talking about the labia). Having said that, some guys do and others are like me. I've heard everything from a nice "neat" vagina being called a "12 year olds vagina", to larger labia being called "meat curtains". Some men will make assumptions that if you do have bigger labia that means that you've had a lot of sex or are a slut (which is not true).

It's actually pretty similar to the debate "circumcised or uncircumcised" about guys. Some girls care and some don't.

Sometimes. If I love a girl and have never seen her vagina, is it going to matter what it looks like when I do? No. If it's a casual affair and I don't respect and or care about the girl? Probably.
