Depends on the guy...something to keep in mind, just because a guy is fit and athletic, doesn't mean that's what he expects or want to see in a woman he's with. I can venture to guess he alraedy knows you're not on that level if its not your lifestyle...like if you don't work out or hit the gym or into athletic things, he's probably already clued in.
I was with a guy who runs, swims or bikes for hours a day and has the body to show for it... Me..well. I'm not into all of that. I wasnt terribly self conscious until it came time I knew he'd see me naked, and I freaked out... I didn't tell him flat out that I was insecure, but I made ajoke about how I should probably start training with him. He said I could if I wanted to...but when he saw me naked, he said I looked delicious... After that, whenever Id bring up working out with him or losing weight, he'd look at me like I was nuts, cause he felt I was fine the way I was.
On the flip side...pretty much every out of shape guy I've ever been with has agreed wholeheartedly that maybe it wouldn't be a bad thing if I hit the gym. Go figure eh?
Personally, when a guy sees all of me like that I know its because he cares for me a lot so by that time I doubt he'd care about a little extra here and there-only people who want you for sex would be bothered by that.
I'm sure you don't look much different naked than you do with clothes on. A guy has a pretty good idea how a girl he's been dating for a month would look naked. However, unless you plan on dancing in front of him and doing strip teases, he's not going to be noticing every little detail. If you feel insecure about your tummy then bring it up someday in casual conversation when talking about dieting, exercising, etc. Also, if you're worried about your tummy size, why not incorporate a little tummy exercise into your daily routine? lol!
No I do not think he would care. If he has invested a month in being with you it is obvious that he is satisfied with you. He knows pretty much what you will look like naked. After all clothing is pretty thin so it is not too hard to imagine what is under there. Just relax and enjoy the relationship. He would have left by now if you were not too his taste.

Guys don't really care what your body looks like as long as your comfortable with you body it's sexy. Unless your a mammoth then you have nothing to be insecure about. Obviously if he's with you then he likes everything about you.
He won't mind. When I like a girl, I'll forgive her if she doesn't live up to the ideal in my head. Besides, no girl does, and mature guys accept this.

for me, I prefer the look of women's bodies. If decided to have sex with them, I do want to see their body and am sorely disappointed if they try to hide it. Few people are physically perfect and none of them currently grace my bed so I don't worry about it. How good someone looks has a lot to do with impression your friends but less to do with sexual satisfaction. He has apparently opted to enjoy the ride, I would suggest that you do as well.
Unless you wear a puffy jacket all the time I'm sure has he has pretty good idea of what you will look like naked. And since he is dating you he obviously likes how you look. So you shouldn't worry.

When I'm dating a girl I prefer that she doesn't have a perfect body. #1 in my mind anything that is too perfect is fake #2 a girl that has a perfect body is usually way too into her looks since she spends time fixing every flaw #3 I like it when a girl has a little bit of extra chub (like 5-10 extra pounds) because it makes them feel softer when they are in my arms and when they are underneath me in bed...I just don't like it when a girl is muscular or bony
