Do men normally have a noticable bulge in thier pants?

I was having an argument with my one girl friend, and she thinks that men always have a visible bulge in their pants; even in jeans, even when flaccid. I disagree, saying that particularly with jeans, there's too much fabric for an averaged sized guy to sport a visible bulge all the time. I don't make much of a habit of looking at other guy's packages, so maybe I don't notice it. So, do average sized men normally have a noticeable bulge in their pants, even with jeans?

Mine's not that noticable. I think what it is is that, certain guys have different positions of their units. Some hang straight down between the legs, and some are up tight closer to the skin. I actually thing that the more you can see the bulge, ironically, the smaller you are... If that makes any sense to you...

Average sized guys generally don’t have a noticeable bulge. I have a large flaccid (I’m a show-er), so I tend to always have a noticeable bulge, but that’s the exception not the rule.

In general, no. I think the exceptions are if the guy wears slimmer fitting pants, and/or if he's a shower, rather than a grower. In most situations though, no, you can't really tell.
