Younger women have no reason to seek men like this out, and they can literally get away with saying "I will never approach a guy that I like". Why? Because young women benefit from having a wider range of men pursuing them, offering meritless compliments and flaunting their qualifications. Her problems are nothing like his, because she simply has to know when to say yes, while the guy has to stomach rejection, not be discouraged, and move on to the next girl.
When a guy doesn't play this dating game, he could EASILY reach the age of 30 and get nothing. EASILY. Doesn't make him a loser.

He may have numerous reasons for not engaging in sex eg religion not methe the right woman to marry to have sex with or outside of marriage... shyness or too much life drama etc. I wouldn't think he's a loser in fact I'd think it cute and he'd be someone I'd consider dating as he has standards and doesn't just jump into bed with any random tramp.
