I don't think you should wear any more covering than other girls would typically wear.
And anyway, if guys are looking, they are going to look anyway, whether your nipples are showing or not.
I agree about wearing a bra, but honestly a guy is only going to enjoy seeing them... though you'll have to expect guys to stare at your breasts.
