My girlfriend and I have anal once or twice a month. I don't think that's really needed, but it does sound more hygienic. I don't know what it's name is , but your intestines that lead to your poop shoot cleans it self out regularly so not a lot of poop sticks to it's walls, but I would require an anal condom and plenty of lube.
How much does an enema cost, I think they have another word for it, when they clean out your poop shoot.
