I do use a cane on her and her children.

The one for her children is done for reformatory purposes while for her is more for pleasure as well as stress relieve.

How do I do it? Her children, I usually explain to them what they did and why it is wrong, then get them to drop their pants and underwear to their ankles, get them to kneel at a corner and make them wait for a few minutes to reflect on what they did. Then I tell them how many times strokes they will get and that it will be very painful. I always give minimum 4 strokes, 2 will be hard to be painful somewhere in the centre of their butt, then 1 will be a bit harder on their lower part of the butt close to where it meets the thigh and the last one will be a very hard one somewhere between the first 2 and it will be hard enough to leave a very red stripe. If I cane them more than 4 times, then subsequent ones will be very hard ones.

As for her, I use the cane on her fairly similarly to her kids, but she receives it while being on all 4 on the bed. It isn't done hard, just light taps on various parts of her butt and it isn't with the same cane. I only hurt her or make it painful for her at her vagina and only using my penis.

Caning will cause permanent damage to the leg tissues and the buttocks. Dont do it.

Caning is safe as long as you don't do it too hard, and it's best to have the Dom trained with it first by someone more experienced with it

It depends, as you say, on the Dom's experience. But still accidents happen. There are also too many with too little knowledge. I have known a lot of women, regrettably, with permanent nerve and tissue damage from caning. It is best to avoid.
